Optics is pretty straight forward. I detest the books they generally use for the special relativity part of the course. This one is pretty good and cheap. Honestly it's better than most other alternatives. Special relativity is much harder on a conceptual than mathematical level (general relativity is different but not taught at intro level) and your "intuition" from regular physics will often lead you to problems. Know how to draw everything on a space-time diagram.
As for Quantum Mechanics, it really depends on the professor and what they focus on. If you have taken 54 I recommend looking at the Heat or Wave Equation in great detail again. Both it's general solution and how it is generated. Most of QM in Physics 7C is focused on the particle in a box which is a specific instance of the Wave Equation.
