I first went through and tossed anything that didn't have a matching bottom/top and anything where the seal was less than ideal.
I stacked up all the bowls as best as I could, kind of nesting them inside of each other.
Then I organized the lids in the same order, but I used a pot lid holder like this to store them.

Something like this?
We've found dish drainers to be the best, too. We zip tie the charger to the drainer and put some friction tape on it so that the drainer sticks.
Here's what we use:

and something like this for the lids
This is kind of what I initially envisioned:

Grab a few of these racks and store them upright if you have the shelf space Link
make sure you have a bed that you can store things under. I specifically bought a bedframe that's a little taller so that boxes and storage bins can fit underneath. Then i got a bed skirt so you cant see any of it.
i put hooks under my floating cabinets in the kitchen to hang my mugs so they wouldnt take up cabinet space.
if you have a lot of clothes/blanket/linens. especially if you live in a region that has traditional seasons where you put away clothes for half the year, those vaccumm seal bags are amazing. you can fit a lot in them and taking the air out makes them flat and great for storing.
ottoman with storage or if you dont have a couch yet i heard they make couches with storage compartments undernearth them/ under the cushions? havent looked into them though!
they make dividers that go in your cabinet for your cooking pans that is super helpful
also an over the cabinet storage rack for cutting boards
this is all i can think of in the moment. hope it helps!
