This is the one we purchased. We found it was easy to use and gave us the results we wanted. It gives a positive (healthy sperm count) or negative (low sperm count) result and it’s affordable. Hope this helps!
My doctor had performed over 7000 vasectomies. Only one couple got pregnant. That's because they didn't follow the rules after and shot with bullets in the chamber.
I'd say it's unlikely. You can get an over the counter at home sperm test if you are worried.

I've been having anxiety over my husband's lifestyle choices (due to his weight and drinking), and he agreed to using an at-home sperm count test kit: https://www.amazon.com/SpermCheck-Fertility-Indicates-Convenient-Accurate/dp/B007N8FWB4
Hopefully everything comes back fine so I can chill out. 🤞
I'm thinking that aside from being more consistent about yoga, I've made enough positive changes to my health that what I need to do is avoid thinking about pregnancy and babies and get back into my hobbies. Do you ever take a break from this and other related subs/social media related to pregnancies/babies?
lol not what I said. He can get one of those tests right now for $39. If it’s good, it’d alleviate his fears somewhat before his next appointment. The urologist isn’t gonna meet with him tomorrow. You have to schedule those kinds of appointments months in advance.
It’s a test you buy at Walmart or any drug store, not some guy who works at Walmart, dingus.
You can buy them on amazon too: https://www.amazon.com/SpermCheck-Fertility-Indicates-Convenient-Accurate/dp/B007N8FWB4/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=sperm+test&qid=1560902803&s=gateway&sr=8-3
If you can't afford to go to the gym then you probably can't afford TRT.
Your local Walgreens sells fertility tests. If you claim that you don't have a local Walgreens, then Amazon sells them and literally the most bumfuck place in the country still gets delivery from the USPS.
Yes but then you could end up taking just below the toxic dose for a long period of time. If you were to do that, I'd say start with a low dose and after a month get your blood tested and get a fertility test done.
We really like PreSeed even though I seem to have a good amount of CM. I was worried about MFI so we used a home test called SpermCheck. It only checks the quantity and not the quality but it was much easier than getting a SA. The labs in my area require a doctor's referral for SA and I wasn't sure how easily we could get one since we're only on cycle 3 (but 7-8 cycles of analyzing). I'm a bit wary about supplements so wanted to test first before asking DH to take FertilAid.
It's pretty easy to find testing kits on Amazon, but from what I've seen those cost $25-$45 each and only tell you in an analog fashion that your sperm count is above or below 20 million.
My recommendation (the rest of this is just a repost of something I posted earlier this week--sorry to anyone that's seen this before): If you're looking for a long term solution that requires some investment but could really ease your mind...
You could buy
...and then check your sperm count once or twice a year. All that costs about $100, but it should last you decades. I won't have my vasectomy until a couple weeks from now, but I've purchased these items and looked at my sperm under the microscope in order to get a feel for it.
According to the World Health Organisation, a man needs a sperm count of at least 20 million sperm per millilitre of ejaculate to have a chance of conceiving a child without medical intervention.
