They’re both not “bad” however they aren’t strong enough for healthy plants IMO.
There’s multiple factors in play here though I would also suggest you like into some VPD (vapor pressure deficit) charts it explains what temperature to relative humidity your plants need to thrive.
I would suggest if you’re going to take this on as a hobby to invest into a good main light that will return your investment on your first harvest off of a half of one plant man.

That’s a 450w Quantum board LED (Lower temperature output if you’re struggling with high temperature’s & low humidity I suggest that one)

If you’re temperatures are low and your not having heat issues/ can keep temperatures under 70 currently & humidity is in range I would suggest The HPS you’ll likely need to get a humidifier in that case however they’re relatively cheap.
IMO for a newer grower the SF-4000 would make things easier but it’s a bit more expensive.
Grow light is advertised as 5' x 5' coverage and I vetted it pretty well with this sub prior to.

Don't worry about it too much, though. I mean, it could be way worse. You could be like OP, who I imagine is either an IT professional, trust fund baby or is now in a whole lot of debt, only to have decided to waste the money on a wonky setup. His lights are way too high unless he plans on having tables with 4 foot legs that telescope up to 7 or 8 feet, and to make matters worse they're not evenly spaced. He spent a lot of money renting a space, even more money buying fixtures, and he's gonna have to spend tons more on trying to get what appears to be low tide trays up high enough to get the benefits of the lights he's spent shitloads on. It's a strange setup, that's for sure.
