I’ve been looking a lot into inconspicuous fidget items recently, like ones that would not draw attention to themselves in a school/work environment. I’ve found a couple good things that might help:

• My favorite thing I’ve found so far is this Spinner Ring on Amazon. I wear it on a chain as a necklace so that I can redirect my hands when I find myself reaching up towards my hair.
• I also have found that soft makeup brushes provide good sensory stimulation as well. For a while, I used to brush my hair over my lips because, idk it felt nice?? And I've found that this Cheap MASQD Fan Brush from Walgreens is a good replacement to avoid messing with my hair.
• I've also used Worry Stones, which are usually used for anxiety relief, as a fidget too.
• If you're just looking for toys and other things for your hands, the Therapy Shoppe has HUNDREDS of things that might work for you.

Hey! So I posted this in a comment here, but I'll just kinda copy it here for the sake of simplicity. Here are some of the more inconspicuous things I've found that work well for school/work and stuff:

• My favorite thing I’ve found so far is this Spinner Ring on Amazon. I wear it on a chain as a necklace so that I can redirect my hands when I find myself reaching up towards my hair. It's super easy because it's always with me so I don't have to actively carry it anywhere.
• I also have found that soft makeup brushes provide good sensory stimulation as well. I've been trying to find some mini ones to make it easier to carry around, but even drug store ones work.
• If you cut a small-ish square of some old fabric, preferably with thread that's a little thicker, you can pull out the loose threads while you're listening to the lectures. It satisfies the pulling needs from Trich pretty well. Only downside is that the threads can make a bit of a mess, so choose color wisely lol.
• I've also used Worry Stones, which are usually used for anxiety relief, as a fidget too.
