> I doubt your suggestion will overcome years of trained laziness
My body is proof that it does. Try to make it a habit, only takes 5 minutes every morning. Then later you can get a pull-up bar (50-60 bucks on amazon, i got this one) and hang it into a doorway that you often use. 2 months from 1 pull-up to 10 for me.

Getting rid of the sugar does so much imo, i feel a lot better since started to only drink water (at home).

Great! Now transition to running up two steps at a time :D

Definitely sounds healthy! Gj!
+1 to the other two comments: the higher resistance levels possible with the vform, plus the ability to squat(!), deadlift and row mean it feels like a no-brainer to me.
Plus if you're happy with the cost and footprint of something like the Tonal, then I imagine you'd probably be happy with the price and footprint of a doorway pullup bar or even a freestanding pullup/dip station. And if pullups are too difficult, a few resistance bands might help. If pullups are too easy, you could still get a dip belt and some plates/kettlebells to add resistance for <£100. Just make sure you get something solid (screw-in or properly counterbalanced, like the one I use (not an ad or affiliate link)).
As for the quality of the app and classes, I have no idea. I do reckon there's a good chance the Tonal would "win" here, but as a "pure" home gym setup, vform + pullup bar is much more appealing to me.
Hab mir vor einem Jahr diese hier geholt, ist einfach klasse, ohne zu boren oder rein zu schrauben
I would really recommend a bar like this, it's great at preventing marks on the door frame and spreads the weight relatively equally.
Looking for advice on correct pullup form. I'm currently using a 40kg resistance band so I can now do more than one pull up. I do slightly feel the muscles in my back working but it's mainly my biceps which get sore quickly.
This is the pull-up bar I use if that can provide more details: https://www.amazon.co.uk/IREALIST-Menss-Pull-Up-Brown-Standard/dp/B01L45V6HA/ref=sr_1_5?_encoding=UTF8&c=ts&dchild=1&keywords=Pull-Up+Bars&qid=1605116429&s=fitness&sr=1-5&ts_id=458436031
Also I'm only on week 4 of RR, so it could be general weakness?
Thanks in advance
