SportRack Vista XL Rear Opening... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BCLL8C0?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have this one. It's massive. The pictures don't do it justice. I can put everything in it I need to camp for two people. Tent, three air mattresses, backpacks, chairs, sleeping bags, blankets, pillows, accessories and gear, still room to spare. It's like having a whole second trunk. The listing says 18cf but I swear it's way more than that.
I got one of these a few years back, not as fancy, but it came with papers saying manufactured by Thule. 18 ft2 of capacity is pretty great, rear loading, not so much but a more affordable option!

My biggest complaint is that it’s rear loading. I’m 6’2” and have a hard time reaching the lock on it. Also, you will have to drill more holes to accommodate the crossbars as the holes are just a little too close together to fit natively.
My biggest suggestion for a roof rack would be to measure and find one that will allow you to open the trunk when the rack is on. A lot of them are designed for SUVs so overhang the front or back too much on a car.
I got this one in 2014 and used this on my WRX and currently use it on my Volvo. SportRack is Thule's off brand so it is built to last but doesn't have all the features a new rack would have (like either side opening, quick connect) but has a tall profile so you can fit larger bags in vs more slim racks. I paid about half of what it is listed for right now.
I've got this one on a Nissan Pathfinder. I put about 800 miles on it right after installing it and have left it on both empty and with some stuff in it. The thing holds an absolute fuckton of stuff with no problems. Its really thin and flexible (obviously with the price) but the hinges are cool and I've had zero issues. I really only drive that car for long trips so I haven't paid attention to or been concerned with gas mileage.
I bought the Subaru aero cross bars from the dealership, and got one of these boxes. SportRack SR7018 Vista XL Rear Opening Cargo Box, 18-Cubic Feet, Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BCLL8C0/ref=cm_sw_r_other_apa_6TCrybPH2NQ09 it is so huge I was way more worried about reaching the weight limit of the roof rack than running out of space. It definitely doesn't have the cool quick attach/release things and I definitely would say the mounting hardware is a little lacking but for that price I didn't care.
Yes, we have the panoramic sunroof and we also got the roof rack pre-installed. I bought this thing for our road trip, and it worked great! https://www.amazon.com/SportRack-Vista-Opening-Cargo-Black/dp/B00BCLL8C0?source=ps-sl-shoppingads-lpcontext&ref_=fplfs&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
You can see it through the sunroof, but if it bothers you, you can always close the shade. I think I closed the shade about 3/4 of the way and I couldn't see any of the cargo carrier. Hope that helps!
Has anyone bought one of these: https://www.amazon.com/SportRack-Vista-Opening-Cargo-Black/dp/B00BCLL8C0/. I can't afford the $800 Thule boxes unfortunately and wondered if this was a decent cheaper option.
I just got this one and it fits without adjusting your cross bars. It's less than a Thule too - https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00BCLL8C0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_P9yJFb4X54543
You have a sail on top, so it's interesting to drive. Eye sight takes care of you if you drift, don't worry about it.
