Here's one I used from amazon for $5 that works well, but yes that looks the same, assuming you can just detach it from the spigot and fit on whatever spigot/tubing you already have on your bottling bucket.
Siphon and invest in one of these.
I use an auto siphon and one of these guys but it's impossible to set down without making a mess. The clamp would help with that.

I fill it literally to the top with wand in, somewhat risky for minor spillage if not carful
Not sure if you used one but something like this -> https://www.amazon.com/Spring-Loaded-Beer-Bottle-Filler/dp/B000E66A4U will help reduce the bottling mess.
I recently got one of these, no foam from pouring into bottles Spring Loaded Beer Bottle Filler https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E66A4U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_DNWb6NyYyNjOT
This attachment to a tap works really well for kegged beer. However, if you only have a picnic tap and if you have a bottle filler like this you can use the pipe part of it to fill the growler from the bottom up.
Chill your growler before pouring. Turn the serving pressure down when filling if you want to reduce foam as well.
I have my entire setup in a freezer and I haven't noticed anything significant, but I do assume my regulator is 2-4 psi lower than it currently reads. Seems to work well for me.
Yes, ideally you would attach a syphon tube to a bottling wand like this and use that to fill your bottles.
You're going to want that tip because it has a plastic valve in it to make bottling WAY easier. You can leave the valve open on your bottling bucket and never worry about spilling. You press the wand down, beer comes out, and when you're full you release and beer stays in the wand/tubing. That way you can't lose the beer you've waited so patiently for!
If you have Amazon prime you can spend $6-$10 to get the bottle wand to you in a few days. If you're worried about your beer sitting too long: Don't. It won't hurt it to wait a couple more days to bottle :).
