The big things are materials and fit/finish. S30V is the super steel du jour of premium production knife manufacturers right now. You also get pretty stellar CS from KAI if you go with the 0350. I'd totally get it if I was in your shoes.
EDIT: If it was actually me buying it, I'd get this one, but that's just my taste.
For the price, the Spyderco Manix 2 XL is a lot of knife for the money. S30V, 3.88 blade length, 9" open, sharp enough to shave your balls with and weighs a hefty 6oz. Amazon's got it for $88.
