You can put the M.2 drive into an enclosure that connects to a computer via USB. Here's one example from Amazon. Check that the USB version and transfer speed is what you want before you buy.
Uhmm you'll need to have both connected to do the transfer. I would use a USB NVMe adapter, they are not expensive, like this one. i know the brand, but not this particular model
