I use a similar model of organizer to carry my decks.
TCC is quite right that the cups that come with it are not desirable for sleeved cards. However, when you remove the cups, you can hold 16 regular-size Boulder deck boxes in the case itself. More importantly, it is a model that is stackable with others like it; the side clips allow multiple organizers to stick together. I also like the additional security of having two sets of latches to keep the lid on. I'm able to carry basically my whole collection in 3 of them stuck together. It's a really solid value if you've already got deck boxes but want a secure way to carry a bunch at once.
Something like this works well and very affordable.
STANLEY FATMAX Tool Box Organizer, Deep Pro (FMST14820) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B008J2IQ34/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_K4PC2Y0ZT9NE4NXE2C5A
It has a lot of different containers to divide up the cards or decks up as you wish to keep things organized. It's also good for carrying a lot of different decks with you at once, and very cost effective compared to the normal $20-$30 per one 100 card deck box.
If you have a Home Depot close to you then go in person and compare to find which one you like best. Each major power tool brand has one and they are all a little bit different or order the one I liked off Amazon.
Something like this works well for Commander.

Back when I had 2000+ minis in my collection I used a lot of Stanley FatMax Organizer boxes. They're pricy, but store a lot of plastic minis. I had around 10 of these in the heyday of DDM/Dreamblade.
I have an Arkham Horror LCG habit, and I use these Stanley organizers to store and organize sleeved cards- the lager bins hold the scenario cards for a campaign, the smaller bins for general encounter sets, player cards sorted by class, etc. I like 'em 'cause they stack and lock together (I'm on 3 now) to provide more space as more cards are released.
I've also got a Keter cantilever box for bringing a limited set of cards, built decks, and game bits when I meet up (well, met up as the case may be) with friends at our FLGS to play.
There really is a huge variety of these sorts of tool boxes with bins that are surprisingly well-suited to holding sleeved cards and they're more durable than card boxes, and many of them are water-resistant to boot.
It's a Stanely Fatmax Deep Pro Organizer:

edit: It looks like Home Depot has them still based on your link but the Stanley site seems to think they're sold out?
I've been looking around and do you think it's that they've changed over to it just being a Fatmax Pro rather than just the Professional bin?
If that's right it's a shame because it has the octagonal bins like the DeWalt model the Professor warns about in the video.

Here's the case on Amazon, but your local tool store, home depot, or wal-mart/target/RONA should carry them.
