Stock up. The homesickness will last a while.

Check GoodWill and similar thrift stores. I'm using a 2nd-hand $10 drip coffee maker (think old-school Mr Coffee style), but then I drink a pot every morning. I mean, the coffee maker doesn't connect to the internet, but for $10 I can't beat it.
For small / infrequent batches a French Press may be best for you (to clean those I find it easiest to swish water and get the grounds loose and then just flush them). For french press you'll want to ask for a coarse grind.
For coffee I'll buy whatever is on sale, and will either get pre-ground or will grind in the store (I'm just that lazy). Stock up on brands you like if / when they're on sale (I'll grab 4 jumbo packs of Starbucks French Roast when it hits $12 vs. $15 (damn, I just checked amazon and see them there for $10 so maybe I'll start doing that: https://www.amazon.com/Starbucks-French-Ground-Coffee-20-Ounce/dp/B01LTI95ZW )). I probably get about 10-15 pots out of one of those depending on how strong I make it, and $1/pot is a nice deal.
Sometimes I'll splurge on a local roaster for beans. I like my coffee to be good enough that I don't need creamer and don't need sweetener.
p.s. You also might consider stove-top espresso machines: https://www.amazon.com/Bellemain-6-Cup-Stovetop-Espresso-Maker/dp/B01N9F3UKQ (haven't tried those 2nd hand; I trust myself to operate a 2nd hand drip coffee maker but think I'd want actual instructions for espresso gear).
My wife prefers espresso/lattes, and I like it once in a while but get too jittery after three or four of them so I prefer to work my way through a regular pot of coffee (easier for me to drink regular coffee for a few hours for my IF window). Espresso will be weird for grinding, it is more complicated than drip or french press.
