The phrase you might want to use when searching is "panel mount usb" which should give you options like this
Ada Fruit also has some options for Raspberry Pi DIYers.
If you are feeling ambitious you could remove a (powered) USB hub from its housing and incorporate that.
Search for USB panel mount connector, maybe try digikey or something like that. Tons of stuff that looks similar. Not sure about the other end but if that end is fine you could just solder the wires probably.

I did pretty much the same thing... I have the premiere (and that plastic cover is much wider) so I just put a full USB port into it
It's a bit delicate, and will require some soldering and some gentle dremmeling, but if you put the USB port in like I did it's pretty unnoticeable.
This is a super easy fix. It's literally a male to male USB cable (blue one). The green PCB is kind of pointless and is just a female to female adapter that Elegoo made. The glue doesn't even need to be melted. You can peel it off. One of these guys will do the trick...all you need is to drill the holes for the screws and you'll end up with a much stronger and probably more secure connection for your USB drives.
