I have an MV7 that I am extremely happy with, but I do recommend anyone trying to move to this mic also get an angled micro USB cable to connect to it. Here is the one I got. It sits securely, and I never have to worry about the cable pulling on the connector.
They have an opposite right angle one. I’ll link StarTech.com 2m Micro USB Cable Cord - A to Down Angle Micro B - Down Angled Micro USB Cable - 1x USB A (M), 1x USB Micro B (M) - Black (USBAUB2MD), 2m / 6 feet https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EBGGXS2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_0JY7QPXPWQK0HQZJF2E3

Maybe making it 90 degree would help? I’m trying to figure out the things you explained in the glove box and all. Thinking’s it’s above my zero programming knowledge pay grade.
I plan on acquiring This Cable but I'm not sure if it'll fit the build. Anyone with experience setting up a Proffieboard v2.2 with This Chassis Bit able to help me out?
To access you need a micro USB cable. I have this same saber and used the following 90 deg cable to fit. I think I shaved just a little off the connector to fit it into the tiny area where the USB port is.
You can then follow the instructions in the other comment to access and program.
