These are good but a little pricey. Around 170 USD so still around ur pricepoint
It's these ones here... they have no latency, you play the note on your guitar and you instantly hear it in the headset.

I think it's because the 2020 edition is the date they restocked. The 2019 is preowned.

I'm personally using the Steelseries Arctis 7 and the Blue Yeti and I haven't encountered any major problems. I can also recommend the Blue Snowball Ice if you're on a tighter budget and the Logitech G Pro X.
I think you're really going to struggle to find something that meets all your requirements at that budget unfortunately. I can only speak from experience, I have a SteelSeries Arctis 7 wireless headset (way above your budget). I use it for gaming though, I'm assuming you're going to want to use yours to have conversations. It has a 24 hour battery life, the problem is that it's quite bulky and wouldn't be comfortable to sleep in, unless you sleep on your back? You're going to have that issue with any wireless headset tbh, the battery will make it quite bulky! I’ve done some research and I recommend these top headphones around your budget in my opinion. I’d say either buy Arctis 7 2019 Edition or wait till fall sales and you will get better deals for pro edition. Good luck. I’ll probably buy arctic 7 too, it goes for £135 atm.
