Technically, my mouse (World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse) software refers to these rebinds as "custom macros" and it is saved in the program itself. However, I have no option to bind keyboard keys to mouse buttons any other way.
I assume anything software-based would be blocked by BattleEye, and the last thing I want is a ban since I just got this game, but I'd really like to be able to use all of my mouse buttons or at least get an official response as to why I can't.
I have a WoW themed mouse that I have very much enjoyed using for the last year. The lights on it are completely RGB adjustable and the extra buttons are excellent for MMOs. I would let it go for $20 shipped. Let me know what you think.
WASD camera really isn't as bad as people make it out to be, especially if you use quick cast on your abilities and have a mouse with a few more buttons on it like this one that I got on sale a while back. I use the 4 buttons on the side for my control groups, which solves any micro-related issues that would arise from this control scheme.

Looking to replace my 7 year old SteelSeries WoW MMO Mouse as the middle click is finally starting to fail. It's an old boi by now and isn't being manufactured any more, but if you'd like a bit more info SS made a blog post about it here (first one in the article):

And there's an Amazon store page here:

Anyways, I'm not playing MMOs anymore so I don't need as many buttons, the standard 5-7 should do me. That said I've been using it so long that I've become accustomed to the shape and heft (115 grams, a real lunker of a wired mouse by today's standards I think) so something with similar size/weight could be a good option. I think I'm also in a good position to change things up and see where mouse technology has taken us in the last decade.
I use this SteelSeries WoW Mouse and not sure what the problem is. At first, I thought it was Siege or BattlEye blocking it, but that seems not to be the case now.
My steelseries world of Warcraft mouse (this one has lasted me about 5 years I believe. No problems with it so far.
