Is it 50hz at 220-240v? If that's the case, you need a voltage converting transformer.

I had the opposite problem. Bought a MK3 from Japan that used 100v so I had to buy a convertor to drop my 120 down to 100 to not potentially mess up the motor.
This one will work though the output is 10% higher. European to japanese transformers are surprisingly hard to find. Just set the input range as high as it goes and that will drop the output some as well. I don't wanna take a risk knowing that those PVMs are rare and expensive, I also have a 1451QM (EU version of the 1351Q) It was already a journey to find one so can't imagine damaging my PVM
Just buy a transformer (a good one cost around 50$)

This doesn't need a 240 outlet. Look on the back. You can select the input voltage on most of these. Just select 110 Volts (!) and plug it in to a regular outlet. Maximum draw is under 5 amps.
110V/120V/220V/240V Input Voltage
Then you'll have 240 volts. Why did you buy this? To run what?
