I did with my first, only have had two this time.
I found Epsolm salt baths to help the most. I got the eucalyptus one and then just stayed in the bath for as long as possible. I got all of the headaches behind my eyes. So having I've packs helped. I alternated between water and caffeine since both seemed to help me. I also used this stuff which I really found helpful. For the most part I just avoided looking at my phone and reading and went to bed early a lot. They were horrendous and stopped in the second trimester.
Things that work for me:
Stop Pain Migraine gel - rubbed behind ears and down back of neck -- this has been extremely effective
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZJQ2YL8/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Sinus Plumber Nose pepper spray - numbs nerves that register pain signals, sometimes only temporary but takes the edge off so you can catch your breath from the pain
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00XDMGYZM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
White flower oil - rubbed on forehead and temples (buy chinese version, not usa one from Amazon)
Tiger balm, extra strength - red label - rubbed on forehead and temples
Bags of frozen corn wrapped in thin t-shirt or tea towl- applied to areas of head that hurts
Acupressure back mat - you lay down on a mat that has mild spikes, when you lay on it, it triggers pressure points and the body releases endorphins which are natural pain relieving chemicals (This works surprisingly well)
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00I1QCPHQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Sometimes, I need to use a combo of all of these, which works even better than using them individually. You will most likely have to reapply and reuse these methods several times a day, but they get you through with no meds.
I am currently trying to "detox" from meds because I've induced rebound headaches.
