I'm a little late to this party, but I'd avoid KT brand in the future. I had a lot of skin problems with it. My chiropractor uses Strength Tape on me and it's so much better with my skin. It lasts longer - usually 7-10 days. If it starts peeling, I just cut the excess so it doesn't rip off, taking skin with it.
