Hey there. I struggled for years with stretching because of so much info from many different sources.

My go-to book is "Stretching to Stay Young" (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/1623158060/). I try to do their "morning" and "evening" stretches daily, and they also have pre-run and post-run stretch routines. (Of course plenty of routines for other sports and activities as well.)
