Not guarantees your hair won’t get caught in the belt, but I think leather padding would cause a lot less chafing. And the extra leather around the bottom will make sure your hairy, dribbly little clitty won’t get any satisfaction.

If you want to DM me, we can figure out what you're looking for. A lot of this boils down to are you okay with short term wear? Like let's say a day maximum. If so, there's probably something I'm aware of. If you want long term comfort, that'll be more difficult.

Currently I'm thinking you want something like this or this. They might not be perfect, but I figure they fulfill the basic goal. The issue with these is they aren't great to wear for long. By long I mean even less than a day could leave you in pain for a few days afterwards.
