So now that you know what it is, do you need info on repairing it? The hub probably still works just fine (and it can be lubed, disassembled, and even re-laced onto a new rim if originality is desired).
You can get replacement housing (note the "frequently bought together" section) and other assorted pieces. I believe that cable will work, but I've never sized up new cable so I'm not sure how one shortens it if needed. Tuning the shifting is done mostly by feel, and they're shifted while coasting or backpedalling (as far as the hub is concerned, same thing).
Hey there!
I'm running a cs-rk3 with a sunrace 11-50t wide range cassette. Put over 2000 miles on it so far and it's been great! It really is a tank of a unit.
And that's on an ebike.
It's really nice having a gear for everything from trying to climb near vertical, to going 28mph on a downhill.
I did swap out the included anti rotation washers for some thinner ones - my dropouts were a bit thick and didn't allow enough thread engagement with the included thick ones. Aside from that, I've not found the need for a torque arm.
I am pretty well exceeding the rated 'spec' for it. That said, it's held up great. I use the shifting as an extra low-gear and an extra high-gear - instead of like a conventional front derailleur. Most riding is in gear 2 - direct drive, the goal being to minimize the reverse torque on the unit. To that end, it tolerates it quite well. Most torque arms don't fit as SA uses an odd-sized axle, though I've not had the need for one either.
The hardware included in the kit is missing the termination threaded piece. You will need to order that separately, found here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002K2HAN6
I also made a cable stop because my frame didn't have appropriate provisions for it. Here's that if you need it! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5390285
My one and only complaint with it is I wish it has more ratchet teeth. It can take a fair bit of pedal rotation to engage at times. Though that can be due to my ebike setup as well, as there's a ratchet at the crank on top of the ratchet at the cassette. Doesn't really bother me, but something to keep in mind.
There's no provisions for an oil change on it - the unit is packed with grease instead of a serviceable oil. They also don't offer an official rebuild kit or anything for it, though you can buy parts individually. I've not had an issue with it, so I'm not sure if that's anything detrimental in the long-term. That said, the hub is like 135 bucks. If it comes down to it and I need to replace the thing outright, it's not a huge deal.

I used a generic replacement like this one from Amazon. I’m sure you will find that it does the job
