Can't get that specific light in germany sadly, only a version with one less arm and even less watts or versions in purple
What do you think about those square chinese panels? Those that claim 500-1000w but are actually 30-50?
Something like this but there are many variants
Or is 30 too much already? Window is north-west facing and my city is famous for clouds and rain? An oregano plant i had living until recently looked more like a heap of vines rather than a bushy plant
And yeah i think you have convinced me to go with kratky at first, maybe dwc later on rather than those desktop things
Not possible for me to have a grow that big, I’m trying to get a little bonsai that can grow 1 ounce just a little hobby really…
This is my light just a little basic one but doing really well Roleadro LED Grow Light, R-75... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07PG7G71X?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It’s all a learning curve brother. Yes the light is held with tape haha I will put some string on it today.
The “fresh” air comes from the front there is about an inch gap at the top of the door where the fan is hanging from.
It’s a CBD flower so hopefully the smell isn’t too bad however this isn’t an issue…
Here is my light if you could let me know if this will be suffice? Thank you

nope its like a pad thing, heres the link:
I'm using this one: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/Roleadro-Spectrum-Greenhouse-Plants-Vegetables/dp/B07PG7G71X
It's not pink but still has all the wavelengths plants need!
For shelves I'm using this: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/CXhome-LED-Plant-Lamp-T5/dp/B088QVN89Q/ref=sr_1_6?crid=3PYIZ6K073JI7&keywords=CXhome+LED+Pflanzenlampe+T5&qid=1655067669&sprefix=cxhome+led+plant+lamp+t5%2Caps%2C290&sr=8-6
But I haven't tried it long-term yet. It gets a bit warm.
Personally I'm running these they are not the best thing, but for that price they are alright-ish to get my bonsai through winter. And they don't make sound.
No personal experience but I have seen people use the CR600 but beware these high powered lights run on a fan to stay a bit cool and it may not be the nicest thing in your livingroom
I was using these little IKEA greenhouses, they work well in window cills. I then bought a 300mm x 300mm growlight and a timer and did what you said and put them on the floor in front of the glass doors with the light over. Plants did fine works for me. I only let the plants get say 100mm high then moved them outside. It's not a setup for year round growing, just to give your seedlings a head start.
