The should be able to deliver the product, you can get the same thing just not in bandaid form for less than $2 on amazon: https://smile.amazon.com/Sun-Meter-UV-card-Plastic/dp/B003P645CU/ref=pd_lpo_vtph_121_bs_lp_t_1?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=QYB8KSMYC0YH5K6QHTRK
However, holy photoshop batman. Compare their still images of the product (no visible clear sticker) with the video (ugly ass clear bandage)
Could be bad genetics? Nature isn't perfect, and sometimes it makes mistakes.
I didn't mean to accuse, just didn't know if he was a rescue or a pet store dragon.
If your are concerned about your UVB tube (Remember, if it screws into a light socket, it's not suitable for this species!!), then just make sure you replace them every 6 months. We have started to use these to test if a bulb is a dud from the get go. Haven't owned them long enough to tell if they indicate a bulb slowly dying off well...
> I follow a reptile rescuer once and she was concerned about why an MBD chameleon wasn’t improving and she has a solar meter and checked the bulb and it was NEW and turned out to not be giving off UVB... terrifying.
This is why I want to look into offering a UVB monitoring device. You can buy the chip for like $3, so you just need a micro controller to interface with it and display results. Project for the future though....
As someone else pointed out, Amazon has these in 6 card pack or (I think) 50 card pack.
This one is simple, but there's no link to buy it.
This is like a pager, but it's $35.
This is like a watch, but, again, expensive at $35 (you can get a lovely orange color for $5 more!).
This guy is offering a free card, but I assume you have to sign up for something or get sent spam mail or something.
Apparently, National Geographic has cards for lizard enclosures. The links on the buttons don't go to a page to buy it though. Apparently, you can go to PetSmart and go to the lizard/gecko/whatever section and there should be like light sensors next to the enclosures.
This site seems to only deal in mass orders. It seems to be a Chinese supplier. It let me input "1" into the box of how much you want, but I didn't try to complete the order.
You might be able request a sample from here. This might seem promising.
I'll try to update this comment with more places to buy, and hopefully, a place to get just a few that's cheap and has a nice design (because I want one too that's not so eyesore).
E: After searching awhile, your choices are basically Amazon with eyesore design or PetSmart lizard UV sensors (although I'm unsure of the translation to human UV sensor).
