I have a mini stepper that I use a lot. It's more of a workout than walking so I use it 10-15 minutes at a time a couple of times a day. It gets my heart rate up and I can watch tv while using it. This is the one I have: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0016BQFSS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_1IiGFb5RZC0VY.
Get a stepper! I have one of those for when I'm home and I don't feel like walking outside or at the gym. This is the one I have. You can use it while watching TV!
You have made some AWESOME progress, you got this!! Just think about your goals, what you want your life to look like, how bad you want it, and if the food in front of you is worth it. Is it going to satisfy you temporarily? Are you going to feel bad after eating it?
But also, give yourself a break :) For Thanksgiving, I took 3 days off because I had 2 Thanksgivings then my birthday lol. For those days, I ate whatever the hell I wanted and didn't count calories. No guilt, this was my vacation! But when they were done, I got back on the wagon and started eating healthy again. I still have ice cream and stuff, just as long as it's all within my calorie range. HMU if you want talk more :)
I bought a stepper with resistance bands to try and get back into shape, there are ones with handles you can hold for balance. You can do it in the freedom of your own home. You can adjust the pressure on the steps. Its cool.
Thought I'd see if that would be helpful for you! I hope you get relief.
I just realized my several typos. Woops! In any case, I bought this one. Sunny health and fitness mini stepper. It doesn't feel like the most durable thing ever (as expected for the low price) but it's very portable doesn't take up much space .
I would definitely try to get at least one comfy not-bed piece of furniture — if you can’t afford new, then check Craigslist and garage sales or ask friends or family members. Just one comfy armchair so you can do stuff indoor relaxing while Not In Bed (this will also do good things for your sleep, and make you feel better about not being bedbound all the time)
My personal trick for this when I was living somewhere that had no living room was to just buy a big cheap reclining folding lawnchair — the long lounge style, with a blanket over it. Worked as well as a couch for me, and kept me out of my bed while still in my bedroom.
When I was at my absolute most depressed/immobile/agoraphobic, I decided to try attaching something healthy to the things I was already doing all the time.
I did gentle stuff like walking in place while I binge-watched Netflix, used little hand weights in a chair, etc. Eventually I bought one of these:

And a little stationary bike off of Craigslist. Those helped a lot since getting out to a gym was too overwhelming.
I know the cold is brutal there, but if you can — pick a nearby “hangout” and walk there, just for an hour a day. Starbucks or a library or diner.
i hear you, i could barely walk the day after i did the first workout, haha. yes totally! so much easier than going to a gym. for cardio, i actually bought this mini elliptical thing that is perfect for my tiny apartment and fits under my bed. it's hard to do HITT on, but on days where i just want to get some type of mindless exercise in, i can just hop on in front of the tv. home workouts rule!!
You could also try one of those mini stair-steppers. Something like this.

You've gotten so many answers, but I'll share what I have been doing to keep up with some form of physical and mental exercise. I too have been significantly more sedentary this year. Here are some things I do:
All in all, I try to do a combination of some, whatever I can a day. I also try to take in some sunlight, as much as I can a day, but this proves to be harder. And finally, up my intake of water. I've managed to at least maintain my weight. I've been to a couple of medical appointments and I seem as a whole to be okay. I hope these tips help! So many of us are in the same boat! :)
I know there are also lots of other places selling it like walmart/target. I bought mine on amazon.
