I don’t know if you’ll be able to find any that cheap. I did find these latex hybrids that are around $300 and say they are fiberglass free, not sure about quality though Sunrising Bedding 8 inchNatural Latex Twin Mattress, Individually Encased Pocket Coil, Firm, Supportive, Naturally Cooling, Organic Mattress, 120-Night Free Trial, 20-Year Warranty… https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01I157080/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_4BPBM4VQ4V7F751RXW1T?psc=1

The AllsWell Luxe is $299 for a twin, plus you can save a little with ebates. https://www.samsclub.com/p/the-allswell-luxe-medium-firm-hyrbid-twin-mattress/prod24620446?xid=plp_product_2 I would guess you might want a topper with something like this for more comfort.
The dreamfoam copper twin in firm (from what I've read this really isn't that firm) is on sale for $299 right now also. Arctic dreams is about $209 for the foam version.
If you bought a Brentwood home cypress in the foam version, it's $399 - there's a 20% off coupon to bring it to $319.12, and then 10% back on ebates that would bring your final price to $287.99
Again, I'm new to mattress shopping myself and certainly can't tell you what would work best for you, just wanted to tell about some decent quality, fiberglass free options around your price range!
I used this list to look for fiberglass free options and then went with the ones in my price range: https://www.jsnowcreations.com/reviews/which-memory-foam-mattresses-do-not-contain-fiberglass/
The list mentions Sunrise Bedding, which I don't know much about (from what I've gathered here they manufacture in China but try to appear as a family owned local company. Doesn't mean the product isn't decent, and their beds are VERY cheap on Amazon. They have the cheapest latex hybrid option I've ever seen: https://www.amazon.com/Sunrising-Mattress-Independently-Innerspring-Mattresses/dp/B01I157080?th=1
You can see the options I was considering and people's suggestions in my post here (keep in mind that we have two different body types and sleeping styles, so stuff recommended to me make work differently for you:
