No, there's no bundle up yet. Just the standard game.
Is this Amazon price any good...?
> * Mario Maker - $20 * Hyrule Warriors - $20 * MH3U - $5.60 * Smash Wii U - $20 * Splatoon - $20 * Mario 3D World - $9.60 * New Super Mario Bros. U - $12
Those are some mighty low desired price points... You say that you're using Gamestop as the baseline for those but there are 4 other retailers that also accept trade ins.

I understand that you want to spend only $107.20 on 7 games but folks can get $162.65 if they shop around for the best values for their games. That being said the best prices I can find are:
That comes to $254.95 which looks to be a bit more than you wanted to pay. Unfortunate for you that Target just had a B2G1 free on video games the previous week. Basically made all games 33% off. Aside from eBay and Craigslist, those are the best prices I can find on these items at the moment.
You could have just looked up Mario Maker on amazon.com then
yeah, I've just seen the game itself for pre-order
So far all I have seen is the bundle with the art book. Haven't seen any with the amiibo yet.
