Having her work somewhere else is exactly what you should do! That is if she wants the marriage to survive! There is a book called “Surviving an affair” by Willard E. Harley it’s available on Amazon and one of the senecios deals with exactly that! Also my wife did the same thing. She realized her mistake and I realized my shortcomings and we were able to repair our marriage to something better then we’ve ever had. We followed the book which gave us lots of guidance and we were able to heal too.
