If you're dealing with a total of ~37.5mm of extenders, this adjustable extension tube:

Plus a fixed 5mm or 10mm ring will get you into the right range while giving you the ability to finely adjust above/below the 52-55mm you need, so you can get the distance experimentally tuned with your particular setup. If you test your camera when it shows up and it's not quite right, this is probably the easiest way to go to get the spacing you need.
