When I first started reading your post I was thinking "isn't Bresser explore scientific?"
I think it's exactly that just like skywatcher and orion are both made be Synta but for whatever reason my skywatcher dob was quite a bit cheaper than the orion xt10, I have no idea why. Theres probably no difference whatsoever in the optics.
Enjoy, I'm sure you're going to love it. Have you gotten eyepieces yet?
Before you spend a bunch of money listen to what others say and check out my post on redline eyepieces.
SVBONY Telescopes Eyepieces 1.25 inches Eyepiece 68 Degree Ultra Wide Angle (15mm) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CCG5XN1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_YuJHDbNHDZRGB
You'll want a 6 for viewing planets and maybe a 9. The 9 backs off a bit in magnification but shows more detail. The included eyepieces will let you look at the moon so upgrade at your own discretion when it comes to that.
Edit: I don't know if you have a barlow, some people love them and some hate them. If you don't the orion shorty is decent. Explore scientific also makes a decent one.
The advantage of the 10 inch is that you can really push it in terms of magnification before the image starts to fall apart (depending on the nights viewing conditions).
You might even be able to take that thing down to around 4mm on good night's.
Leaving your options at Amazon only will make it harder to find a decently priced quality eyepiece.
I have this same brand in the 40mm and it seems pretty good. Eye relief is good on this and the Afov is 68 degrees which is really good.

Edit: make sure to select the 6mm. The main is 15mm.
15mm Goldline (Alibaba, Amazon, AliExpress, etc.)
4mm Dual-ED (If it's too expensive, you can find a clone on Alibaba or Amazon)
