That pin looks like it expands. Can you straighten it out and then put it in place and then lock it down. Also weird that there isn’t a hole on the other side to run a traditional pin through. May want to look into a threaded lock pin, will prevent the rack from wobbling at speed and from someone running away with it. Like this.
