There’s vanilla stevia drops I found on amazon, very strong, only need a couple Sweetleaf Stevia Drops
My mistake...it is Vanilla Creme. I guess I saw the French spelling. I bought it at Whole Foods, but here is the Amazon link. https://www.amazon.com/SweetLeaf-Liquid-Stevia-Sweetener-Vanilla/dp/B000E8WIAS/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1532049551&sr=8-1&keywords=sweetleaf%2Bvanilla%2Bcreme&th=1
Sweet drops. Here is an example. There are various flavors of it though. https://www.amazon.com/SweetLeaf-Liquid-Stevia-Sweetener-Vanilla/dp/B000E8WIAS/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1485121945&sr=8-2&keywords=sweet+drops
The cashew milk is very thick. I use about 1/4 of a cup in my coffee. It does have sort of a nutty taste to it. I found out I like it better than 1/2 and 1/2! It is cheaper than it too.
> Have been eating tiger nuts straight out of the package for the resistant starch.
Sliced + soaked is the way to go. You might give this stuff a try too (adds more Vanilla flavor -- blends great with Asprey's Upgraded vanilla bean powder): https://www.amazon.com/SweetLeaf-Liquid-Stevia-Sweetener-Vanilla/dp/B000E8WIAS
I'm not sure how "clean" it is in terms of paleo dieting (I suppose date sugar / molasses would offer more in the way of micros / polyphenols), but it's the best tasting sweetener I've found that doesn't affect my blood sugar. Just a single drop or two does the trick. In theory, it's basically a plant extract and fairly natural.
I have coffee every morning with butter and coconut oil, flavoring it however I like. By using a hand blender on it I get a very nice foamy head. You can use heavy cream or half and half, Vanilla Stevia. I'm with you on avoiding the sugar-free vanilla. But the flavored SweetLeafs are good.

I love this stuff. It sweetens without being cloying & adds a rich vanilla flavor. Also comes in English Toffee & Chocolate:-) http://www.amazon.com/Vanilla-Flavored-Liquid-Stevia-2-Ounce/dp/B000E8WIAS/ref=sr_1_1?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1343151946&sr=1-1&keywords=vanilla+stevia
The protein shake is a bit complex but worth it. It tastes so damn good and tides me over till lunch time (every pre made protein shake I drink will make me hungry 2 hours later). It's Unsweetened Almond Milk, Stevia Liquid drops, Peanut Butter Powder, half a scoop of protein powder and a little bit of heavy whipping cream. Total of 240 calories, 14g of fat, 8g of net carbs and 24g of protein.
If unsweetened almond milk is not available to you, you can always find a low card protein shake and enhance it with what the stuff I posted.
I get these liquid stevia drops, it works just as well as the Torani syrups, maybe try that?
Coconut water. Banana. Liquid stevia w/ vanilla extract.
Blend. Tasty.
If you plan on baking:
Sweeteners:
I'm not a proponent of artificial sweeteners, but Stevia is one I can stand behind. Here's a great link explaining some back ground info on them. I have gotten adverse effects from the Torani syrups, so I just sweeten my tea with this liquid stevia extract. Some complain about the flavor, but I think its a great alternative! I don't notice anything odd tasting.
I've been using this recently, it's SO good. http://www.amazon.com/Vanilla-Flavored-Liquid-Stevia-2-Ounce/dp/B000E8WIAS/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1343051137&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=vanilla+stevia
