If you are looking for tutorials that you can work through to gain more practice then take a look at the list of tutorials that I have published here https://manitobaninja.wordpress.com/2016/01/22/a-collection-of-swift-tutorials/
Outside of tutorials I would recommend the Stanford iTunes U course which really focuses on teaching the why, and at a higher level then most commercial courses online. I came from a zero programming background and once I watched the Stanford course not only did I learn a lot but I also knew exactly the level of understanding and knowledge I needed to achieve.
And you might want to consider books too. Erica Sadun has one out, The Swift Developers Cookbook, http://www.amazon.com/Developers-Cookbook-Content-Program-Library/dp/0134395263 It is quite well done and for a more structured learning this route might work well. Another book that is worth a look is Beginning iOS 9 Programming with Swift at https://www.appcoda.com/swift/ There are various levels that also include source code, templates, screencasts, and online support.
Just keep looking and eventually you will find the resources that are right for you!
