No problem! :-) Thanks! I will say that if the others don't work out, and want the Herbin, there are ways around it (I know this because my all-time favorite ink is by J. Herbin). The rubber grips that some pen stores sell are really helpful. But especially, jar openers in this style are invaluable.

Swing-a-way jar opener is seriously the most underrated thing to buy for your kitchen. You might not use it often, but when you need it, it’s a godsend.

I grew up with one always in the house because my mom has a spinal cord injury and has a hard time gripping jars, and then I moved out and went 3 weeks with no pickles because I couldn’t get the jar open. I had to find a specialty store in my city that supplied this thing because I would never be without pickles like that ever again.

We use a metal jar opener by Swing Away and it’s amazing. I’m losing my ability to grip things without damaging my joints and this thing has saved the day so many times. I know it’s 35+ years old now and still works perfectly.

If you need a jar opener this thing has been in my moms kitchen since forever and it's the shit.

I use the Swing-a-way jar opener that clamps around the lid with an adjustable arm. Way better than a rubber disk or whatever.
