Yes! I buy quality or restaurant grade stuff for basically everything, but nonstick pans I just get whatever the current cooks illustrated recommendation is, usually something $30-50 and count on replacing it every few years.
Fwiw, I'm currently using a tfal nonstick, my old range, and future one once our house is built are induction so that tends to pretty severely limit my options for cheap cookware nowadays. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004VJMT78/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_i_CJF2ATA2W3XFQYDES0VE?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have this nonstick skillet and I'm quite happy with it. I use my cast-iron skillets much more often, but for eggs or other sticky things, the T-Fal works great. The included glass lid is also handy at times. I've only had it a year or so and have probably only used it a couple dozen times, so I can't speak to longevity. I assume any nonstick pan will wear out eventually, so I try not to use it unless I really need to and am always very careful washing it. No noticeable wear on it so far.
My roommate and I have two larger skillets and they are honestly the only things that get used. On occasion it's nice to have a small non stick pan for eggs but otherwise no need. Those larger skillets keep food inside, they prevent too much splattering, they are great for steaks and stir frys, plus I even make kabobs in them in the oven after starting them on the stove.
My mom uses here for all sorts of curries, rice dishes, casseroles. Honestly they are incredibly versatile. Something like this would sever you very well. http://www.amazon.com/T-fal-Professional-Nonstick-Thermo-Spot-Indicator/dp/B004VJMT78/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1439268155&sr=8-6&keywords=t-fal+skillet
My favorite kitchen thing is this T-fal nonstick, metal-safe sautee pan. Most cooking stuff I have is okay, but this one I'll replace with the exact same model when I need a new one.
This pan changed my cooking life. Nothing, including eggs, will stick to it, and the most you have to do when you're cleaning it is wipe it with a sponge.
