I bought this one back in 2015 and it’s still going strong. But it’s listed for $54 and I only paid around $35, so I’d find a different one. There’s dozens of similar items that probably work just as well.
Just know that they do make a small clicking sound that’s audible in a silent room. But under your kitchen sink or in a utility room it’s perfect.
My home is taller than wide - like a brownstone. One unit seems to cover two floors – and remember that the attic is a floor for mice. So one in my basement covers that and the main floor. One on the second floor covers that and the attic.
