Most major grocery stores will carry Tajin. It's a Mexican fruit/vegetable flavoring that consists of salt, chili powder (not spicy) and citric acid. I use it on grilled chicken and pork as well.
Never heard of Old Bay, thanks I'll check it out. If you haven't heard of it, try Tajin seasoning on your fruits/vegs to make them amazing.
Breakfast and dinner can both be fairly simple meat/veggie/beans. If you're staying at a single campsite and have coolers to store your food, anyways. Beans can be come from cans or you can pack them dry and soak them the night before somewhere at your site and cooked in a pot over the fire. Carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and other veggies can be stored and kept fresh and are easy enough to grill. The carrots and zucchini can also be used in kebabs with sweet peppers and chicken or steak.
Lunch isn't as easy in my head. An insulated lunch bag with deli meat or cold, cooked chicken and snacking veggies like carrot sticks, cucumber, etc tossed with Tajin or something similar.
You think Thad good? This will blow your fucking mind

Vinegar and Tajin
Do you happen to know the source of the image? It looks like it could be a mango kind of chamoyada but I cant be sure, however there are a few ways you can make this delicious treat. I’m not sure where you are located but I’m in MA and sometimes even Walmarts up here carry legit mexican products that you can use. If not, and you are pressed to go authentic, you can check out amazon (i’ll provide you some links at the end!)
The following is just one way of many, (inb4 someone says I’m wrong, this is how I’ve made them and seen them being prepared) you will need:
2 mangos A cup of ice Blender Chamoy Tajin 1 banderita de tamarindo (the tamarind sticks)
Blend the mangos with the ice until its nice and smooth (you can use natural mangos or juice but I like a bit of pulp so its up to you.) You can also use mangos and pineapple or just pineapple, maybe some orange juice. There’s no wrong here, some people even use strawberries.
Before serving you can either use a covered cup or uncovered and coat the rim of the cup with tajin (think of like a margarita)
Then I like to squirt a bit of the chamoy on the side of the cup (not to coat!) and pour the fruit frappe. Add more chamoy to the top.
Garnish with the tamarind stick!
I don’t think I’m missing anything but if someone thinks I did please let me know. And here are some links:
Enjoy!!
Most vendors will also use this. It’s used throughout Mexico.
Here’s the amazon link, but they sell them at target and most grocery stores.
Tajin is good for adding some tang without adding liquid. However it is slightly salty too and a tiny bit spicy (tho really not as spicy as it looks)
This is the recipe I used for the tacos and aioli! I didn’t have Chorizo spice so I used Tajín instead. It was amazing!
No mames wey... el chile en polvo fue la mejor invencion del hombre!
Add some Tajin to that and see heaven. If you want some heat, try Tajin w/ habanero.
You have the internet, mate!

Pretty sure they ship things to sweden too, right?
But if you absolutely have to replace it, this is what it is so a mix of several heated, dried, chiles smashed into powder, and lime zest and salt should be closest I guess?
Cucumbers, lime juice and some chili seasoning. Like this:

Sooooo delicious and refreshing.
That sounds amazing. For a completely different taste. not necessarily sweet, try Tajin.
You must really try this. To some it sounds bizarre, but it is so damned good. You can also buy a powdered seasoning like this that is fantastic on melon.
I use Tajin and there are salt-free versions. I love it! Lime is the best flavor-addition to me.
I do the same but also squeeze in a bit of lemon and tajin
