I bought these for the tape https://www.amazon.com/TALON-Grips-Material-Sheet-7-Inch/dp/B01FLQO5IU?keywords=mouse+grip+tape&qid=1540671229&sr=8-8&ref=sr_1_8 Talon grips, material is very rubbery and doesnt peel away easily when heated with a blow dryer.
If that's all you want, you could get some rubber grip tape off Amazon. I use it for my pistol, but in theory it would keep it from marking your floor.
TALON Grips Rubber Material Sheet, 5" x 7", Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FLQO5IU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i.76yb451QCS8
I don't know if that's what you're looking for, but it would probably get the job done. I love that stuff.
Otherwise for $10.99 you can buy a sheet of sticky rubber by Talon Grips on Amazon.
I bought a sheet of pistol grip tape and applied it to my Oasis. Results are pretty good. It’s got a nice grip to it now without sacrificing the form factor.
Here’s what I used: TALON 998R Grips Sheet (Rubber-Black, 5 x 7-Inch) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FLQO5IU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_RHPF4SXD5A6YHRN67F24?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Hi all,
I finally settled on the Speck case for my Fold3, but found it super slippery to hold, and also really dislike the feel of smooth acrylic cases. I was searching around for grippy stickers to adhere to the phone, and ran across this:
TALON 998R Grips Sheet (Rubber-Black, 5 x 7-inch)
This stuff is normally used for handgun grips, apparently, but the reviews showed people adhering it to all sorts of things, phones included.
Once it came in, I made a stencil by measuring different parts of the case, including parts where I knew the grip would have to be narrower. I measured to allow the grip stuff to wrap around the edge of the curved part of the case just a bit.
I kept my stencil to a max height of 5 inches, since the sheet of rubber was 5 inches tall and I wanted plenty of extra in case I needed a do-over. I printed my stencil, and used an x-acto knife to cut the rubber down to size, and rounded the corners a bit.
I then simply wiped the case down with an alcohol wipe, dried it off, applied the rubber sticker, and used a hair dryer on low to heat it up just a bit so that the adhesive could set properly.
Overall, I'm very happy with the result! It adheres to the case very well. No corners peeling up thus far. In hindsight, I should have cut it so that a little bit of the rubber also went down along the curved part of the case on the bottom of the phone, but this is still a huge improvement!
Had a sheet of this stuff I used to put some strips on my pixel 3

But I stashed it somewhere after I used it the last time and can't find it now. I did find the sandpaper though, which is mostly the same thing.
I saw someone on youtube use a sheet of pistol grip material on the back of a different e-reader and I'm tempted to do that. I think something like this

Did you end up getting the case?
I love talon grips rubber version for stuff like this. It's like a rubberized version of grip tape, so it has great grip but no super abrasive wear on your hands. It's not dirt cheap but the adhesive is much better than the alternatives I've tried.
Use the blank sheet. Use masking tape on your Polymer80 how want it laid out and peel it off. Lat it down on the rubber side and cut it from the sheet. Then just estimate the side cuts for the bends. A sharp razor blade works well.
I just got a sheet of Talon Tape. Some of it was used for my pistol, and I had some leftover I used for this. Handy to keep around in case. I've heard some people use a bit of tape on the comb or slide to help them index their face/fingers when shooting even.
Been looking at something like this as a possible solution when mine finally come off. Not sure if it is the same thickness though. Just cut to the right shape and stick on.
The 520 says its made for claw and the 530 for palm but I have a slight claw grip and I still liked the 530 better. If you do get it though, make sure to get something like this to put on the sides of the mouse: https://www.amazon.com/TALON-998R-Grips-Rubber-Black-7-Inch/dp/B01FLQO5IU/ref=sr_1_cc_1?s=aps&ie=UTF8&qid=1511975978&sr=1-1-catcorr&keywords=talon+grip
get rubber for a softer feel or granulate for something a little more rough (you can sand it out with 120g sandpaper if it's too rough, just make sure you do this before you put it on).
No pics, but there are 3 vertical groove lines that might feel weird to touch. I shape-matched and cut out fitted strips of this to replace the rubber grips and it's 10x better.
Try it out! Can't go wrong for the price. I put some talon grips on mine
>It is very thin, less than a millimeter. Maybe this page will help you.
Ha! I really need to start paying more attention to usernames!
I'm still rocking the EF 70-200 2.8 II; can't justify the cost bump even though I would love the weight savings. I've also got an EF 2x converter that I'd need to also replace at the same time if so. I'm currently mentally debating if I can comfortably ditch the EF 16-35 f/4.0 for one of the new RF 16mms. I mainly use it for large crowd shots, and would only be losing 17-27 given the 28-70.
Here's the post that inspired me to go with the grip tape. Here's what I ended up buying: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01FLQO5IU
Having the grip on there has made me 100% more confident that I'm not going to drop it when switching lenses.
I still need to take some close-ups but it was basically a couple of pieces the width of a micro SD card for the ring with the switches (obviously leave the switches uncovered) and one the height of the card for the small ring. I haven't had time to dedicate yet to figuring out the math of how to cut one for the conic section with the focal mark. If I ever end up making a template for the conic ring, I'll send it over your way.
Make sure you write down the serial number before covering it with the tape!
Yes just have search for Talon Grips on amazon.
My 2cents from a guy who's first handgun was a G34
Regarding lights...1000 lumens on a white wall next to you is almost like shining it into your eyes. You won't see your night sights then as the light will flood everywhere and you'll just see silhouettes. Makes sense why the Inforce APLc was only 200 lumens. The Inforce was enough to light up a room at night and still use your sights. Out in the woods, the light floods forward and not around you, so 1000 lumens makes sense to see farther. You will see the tritium vials without the ambient light reflecting on surfaces outside. Also weapons lights aren't flashlights so they are intended for momentary within buildings, and if you need to use it, setting up in alignment to your target with 3-dot night sights is important unless you've mastered bullseye shooting from repetitive body and hand position. Hackathorn sights are cheaper and often go to for competition shooters. But until you at their level, you don't know what you don't know, and you need all the help you can get until you get there.

Thanks, I was unaware as I have just recently seen those. This is what I usually use, https://www.amazon.com/TALON-998R-Grips-Rubber-Black-7-Inch/dp/B01FLQO5IU/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=talon+grips&qid=1565646549&s=gateway&sr=8-3
this is what i used. 1 sheet was enough to cover the whole mouse but i was very careful and measured it before making cuts.
