Look for the 20th Anniversary re-releases. Gen 1 and Gen 2 are what's available, but I recommend the Gen 2. The game to play on it is a lot more fair since it isn't random.
I'm not sure what's available in the European Amazon store, [but this is what you should be looking for. This is a link to the North American Amazon.

It's a re-release of the original Tamagotchis 8D Mine is a gen 2 re-release.

Just found the design I wanted on Amazon.
GameStop order canceled, ordered from Amazon. Saved $5 on shipping and I'll probably get it sooner too.
