Step one: throw it away. It's a horrible pot for application and this problem will plague you over and over. Step two: buy Tamiya extra thin cement (Optional) step three: buy Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner as a cheap refill and never run out of this stuff.
Yes, that's right, the cement and airbrush cleaner are the EXACT same product.
