If you're interested in Bengali food (specifically West Bengal not Bangladesh) I highly recommend Taste of Eastern India by Kankana Saxena (if not the book I also recommend her blog because her recipes never miss). As a Bengali myself I can confirm its really accurate and authentic to how most Bengali's cook at home (modern-day Bengalis at least, like she uses things like condensed milk for example that aren't traditional per say but what most people would use today). Worth checking out since its not a regional cusine I've seen available much (at all) outside of India.
