Well.. I got it at Goodwill and I just looked and there isn't a single makers mark on the stupid thing. So I spent an hour looking on google image search, amazon, walmart, IKEA, even asked Siri and couldn't find the specific cart.
The closest I could find is this one with a different base type... Sorry :(
