Looks like that device just uses an RP-SMA connector. Thats the standard for wifi antennas and any directional antenna should work.
Its probably worth 30 bucks to find out if this helps:

If you need more range, it's got an RP-SMA connector.
You can get something like this if you're only doing 2.4ghz.
There aren't a lot of 5ghz yagi because if you need range, usually you go 2.4ghz. But there is no reason you couldn't do a directional yagi in 5ghz, you just might have to make it yourself, which is a lot easier than most suspect. The ARRL has all kinds on instructions and software for antenna design at specific frequencies.
Along with some kind of repeater/booster or there are other similar antennas, keep in mind what band(s) you need to support in your area, this is just an example... I have a fair amount of experience in radio, it's at least worth a try, if it doesn't work, return it...
that antenna with this usb card:

also will likely need some sort of coax adapter for the antenna, and some sort of usb extension cable to get the antenna to the window
also you point the antenna long ways towards the signal, ignore the pics on the amazon listing, they show the antennae pointed straight up which is not how this type of antenna works lol
Buy a nice big directional antenna
Park outside a Mcdonalds
Point the antenna at the Mcdonalds
Wifi!
