Whew, this took longer than I had anticipated :-)

Debatable :-) Many offers you find locally are also just rebranded version of the exact same eyepiece (e.g. Orion Expanse, Skywatcher UWA...). Surely there are differences in customer support and (maybe) quality-control, but "taking a risk" in getting a $17 eyepiece is minimal, and if it's a lemon, you'll typically just get a refund.

Ideally get the 66° or 68° eyepieces with the golden ring. Though there are now fakes (that look similar but are Plössl, or the bad 62° eyepieces).
Short Plössl have poor eye-relief.
Before the Covid-crisis you could get 10mm Plössl for $6 or so via eBay, now it's all a bit more expensive (but still OK).
32mm Plössl 52° (40mm just has a narrower afov, 1.25" limits the max. tfov)
9mm/10mm Plössl
6mm "gold-line" wide-angle, long eye-relief
30/40mm 2-inch wide-angle eyepiece
