I bought one cage on a whim that is intended for use with a PA but the pin for it swings out of the way if not inserted in a piercing. This one. The way it clamps the scrotum separately from the penis, and the cage flap that closes down on the penis flattens it out to a high degree making erection just about impossible. and the angle it bends at made pulling out impossible as well. It could be done, but it would be painful, and putting it back in would be impossible, which would leave you in a bad situation with that whole cage dangling still securely locked to your testicals with no way to remove it without the key or power tools.

So not really a 100% anti-pullout, but a very strong deterrent. The only reason I did not go long term with this cage is because of the size, it was very difficult to hide in my pants. Looked like i was packing a horse cock stuffed in my underwear. And the scrotum clamp was a tad tight and caused some irritation. other than that, it was one of the most comfortable cages I have tried, believe it or not. The way it contorts your penis and makes erection just about impossible means it doesnt pull on your balls, and it rides nicely right up against my body.

But still, If you want to be 100% trapped and require serious tools or device destruction to get your peepee back in your naughty hands, a PA or other through the penis piercing is required. Consider it, PA does not hurt that bad at all. The only real downside to it is it takes a good 6 months for everything to heal up well enough to even think about using a PA pin cage. Thats a long time uncaged for us hopeless gooners. LOL
