I had the exact same issue and wound up buying several different types of devices. I wound up with a hinged ring device. I started with the 45mm ring but bought the 50mm and I have not slipped out in the 2 months I've had it on. Make sure you measure yourself correctly when flaccid, length, width, base ring circumference, and if you’re between sizes, go for the smaller one. Even with all that, you’ll probably buy some cages to try and see how they fit. Hope this helps!
