You don't need a graphing calculator for the SAT. It may save you a couple of seconds here and there, but likely that wouldn't add up to more than just a few minutes in total.
I personally love, love, love (!) the TI-34 Multiview! (Amazon link) It does it all, in a very intuitive and easy-to-use way (especially converting b/w fraction and decimal: there's a dedicated button for that!). And the buttons are so satisfying and easy to click! (Just set the calculator to automatic fraction simplification and improper fraction mode!)
I personally like this one (https://www.amazon.com/Texas-Instruments-MultiView-Scientific-Calculator/dp/B001A4G1TY). The only annoying thing is exponents, instead of a "E" button there's a "X10^." I used it for a Calculus based Physics class and it worked just fine.
