Some publishing news:
Bryant Terry has founded 4 Color Books, an imprint of 10 Speed Press / Penguin Random House. He will be the editor-in-chief, and writes:
> 4 Color collaborates with the most forward-thinking and groundbreaking BIPOC chefs, writers, artists, activists, and innovators to craft visually stunning nonfiction books that inspire readers and give rise to a more healthy, just, and sustainable world for all.
The first publication will be Terry's BLACK FOOD: Stories, Art, and Recipes from Across the African Diaspora, coming out in October 2021.

Carla also announced her upcoming book (Oct 2021) That Sounds So Good: 100 real life recipes for every day of the week. I can't help but think that the title is pretty similar to Vivian Howard's book This Will Make it Taste Good. According to the publisher:
>[T]he recipes in That Sounds So Good are organized by needs we all have: quick stovetop suppers and one-pot meals for weeknights, big salads and grain bowls if you want to burn a little cleaner, and lazy lunches and all-day roasts for the weekend.
