That Sugar Film was a surprisingly insightful while entertaining film about sugar, you can stream it with Amazon Prime Video.
It also has a FAN-TASTIC ending musical number.
I agreed with the filmmaker when I reduced sugar in general I felt far less moodiness and roller coasters of engery, much like when I began to reduce and spread out caffeine.
I also liked That Sugar Film. So eye-opening!
yep. I struggled with the freshman 20, first child 25, and second child 25. Somewhere around 2010, I stopped trying to out-work my bad eating and started following lazy low-carbish eating including educating myself about Atkins, Paleo, and /r/keto. I'm not skinny...probably never will be, but my weight is under control, I know how to drop more when/if I want to, and my blood work is good. What is in this report has been "known" in the low carb communities for years. Gary Taubes has been telling everyone who will listen about this bogus research for years. Documentaries like Fed Up and That Sugar Film cover it too. This info has been out there but fringe. It's interesting to see it in the NYT and sorta blowing up online the past couple days.
