He mentioned it in the start of his post. It's a book. Four Hour Body.
Nabavi the The 4 hour body, ima i na hrvatskom. Mozes i probat negdje nac "From geek to freak" program iz iste knjige, ako hoces nabiti misice.
There are differing views on NoFap but from what I took from the YBOP series is hard mode is the most effective and efficient way to reset. The whole 90 Day Challenge comes from the average period it takes to rewire our brains. You may to do less time or more depending on when you first started masturbating with high speed internet porn (and what age you were...the younger, the more time needed). The reason YBOP suggests no PMO whatsoever is sex can sometimes slow the process of rewiring.
There are great benefits to sex: physical, chemical and emotional. If you're able to sustain your goal of saving yourself for your wife and move away from porn and masturbation entirely, the difference between getting rewired in 3 versus 5 months is arbitrary.
I think you should continue with sex and reap the benefits of a real partner but you and your wife should decide what avenue to take. Look into r/karezza or focus your efforts on her and making yourself cliterate. Another fun thing to try is the 15 minute female orgasm outlined in Timothy Ferriss' The Four Hour Body from OneTaste. Good luck Fapstronaut! May the force be with you.
I'm not seeing enough to make a real assessment of your diet here. If you can afford a bar and have a girlfriend you can bring on vacation, that points to being a few years older than the average internet kidiot, and I suspect there might be doctor's orders hiding behind this post, or perhaps gentle but unabating pressure from the girlfriend to, eg, slim up for her girlfriends wedding in 6 months.
Your question is about eating steak and eggs on a daily basis. The answer is: this depends on what else you eat. There's lots of technical stuff in this, but it boils down to 1) eating sugar makes your body store fat, and 2) you need veg, nuts, and or seeds on a daily basis. The first is because of "Insulin response", and Insulin is a fat storage hormone that's famous for the disease diabetes, and the second because this is where all your vitamins and minerals come from, and if you don't get 'em you can't shit properly, and so you can't call it a healthy diet because you can't function on it- a painfully sobering note for many cheese-loving Brits, I imagine.
So, if you're eating paleo and have sufficient nutrients delivered in the rest of your diet, yes, you can eat eggs and steak every day. But you aren't eating this way- potatoes don't count as veg.
The place I would start if I were you is with the Four Hour Body, which is where I started. The short version is you switch out lower-sugar staples, like beans and lentils, for higher-sugar staples, like bread and potatoes, go for leaner proteins, and all the stuff that doesn't fit with that, you have it once a week for a day. On that day, get your big greasy fry up and takeout and plates of chips and one of every pudding. Seriously, go nuts. And then stick to meat, eggs, green leafy veg, nuts, and the lower sugar stuff- the beans and so on.

Been on this 3 weeks now (longest I've ever been able to keep a diet up) and have lost 10 lbs already. It's actually incredibly easy to follow, and the book is incredibly well written- I actually found myself reading the parts about his science and working out and sexuality just because it was a fun read. Trust me, it's great. There's a subreddit for it too, /r/4hourbodyslowcarb
And by the way, you only follow the diet for 6 days out of the week. On the seventh, you feast- if you want to eat 13,000 calories worth of Twinkies, go for it. It works, from experience, and other's experience.
